Meet Kathryn “Kat” Hoke, a dynamic closer and business development manager at Allied Title & Escrow, as well as the proud mother of Charlotte, Tommy, and Connor. Kat’s journey from Baltimore, Maryland, to Loudoun County has been one of dedication, passion, and a commitment to both her family and her career. For the past decade, she has called Northern Virginia home, immersing herself in the community while building both personal and professional ties.

Kat’s career began with a solid foundation in education, earning her Communications degree from Frostburg State University. Her thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there—she went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Education from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY, and became certified in 7-12 Social Studies with a dual certification in Special Education. These experiences gave Kat a unique skill set: an ability to connect with others, manage complex situations, and see the big picture—all traits that would serve her well in the real estate world.

After staying home with her children during their early years, Kat decided to re-enter the professional world, looking for a career that would allow her to balance her role as a mom with her desire to make a meaningful impact. Real estate settlements turned out to be the perfect fit. Kat began her journey in real estate with the same drive and determination she applied to everything in life, and Allied Title & Escrow saw her potential. In 2021, they scooped her up, and Kat has been excelling ever since, bringing her organizational skills, eye for detail, and passion for helping others to each transaction.

But for Kat, her most important role remains being a mom. Her experience raising three children while managing a thriving career gives her a unique perspective on balancing life’s many demands. This personal insight, combined with her professional expertise, allows Kat to guide her clients through the often-stressful real estate process with empathy and ease.
